Grenier Games accepts orders through Paypal.com, cheque, cash, and money order. As we are a small company and many times do print runs of individual games, shipping time can not be guaranteed. Depending on the date of your order, your package should ship within 4 - 14 days. Please allow 3-8 weeks to receive your order because of post office delays. Faster shipping can be arranged if you inform us of your shipping preference by e-mailing us. Most games arrive within 4 weeks.

To order by cheque, cash or money order, please calculate the cost of your selections, including shipping and handling. Shipping and handling is $11.99 per product under $39 and $15.99 CAD per product at or over $39. Orders from outside of Canada and the United States will be shipped by surface and takes 6-8 weeks. If you want your overseas order to be shipped by air please add $25 CAD to your order. We apologise for the high cost of overseas air shipping, but the post office charges are high.

Please include with your cheque, cash or money order your product selections and any shipping instructions needed. It is also suggested that you send us an e-mail informing us that a cheque or money order is on the way. Your order will ship after your cheque clears so please take that into consideration when calculating your expected receiving date. There are no refunds except under special circumstances.
